With more than 20 years dedicated to the manufacture of doors and cabinets, BOSTILUX, can be considered today, a company that has managed to incorporate the accumulated experience of the wood sector, new technologies, trends, and the requirements of legality, and care for the environment.
PRODUCTIVE CAPACITY
Currently, our door production plant has 7,000 m2, of which 4,000 m2 are used for manufacturing, with another 3,000 m2 prepared for stock storage.
EXPORT
We export doors and cabinets, as usual, to countries such as the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Switzerland, Portugal, Andorra, Panama, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Colombia, Uruguay, Dominican Republic, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia or Mauritania.
CERTIFICATIONS
We have the CERTIFICATES of the 30, 45 and 60 minute Fire Resistance tests; and Halspan Trade certification for 90 and 120 minutes. Also of Acoustic Resistance of 30, 37, 42 and 47 dBs. And of course … CE MARKING.
RESPECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT
With the aim of consuming less and less wood veneer, to follow market trends, and also for respect for the environment, in Bostilux, we have decided to bet on sustainable materials such as MELAMINAS, to gradually replace natural wood veneers.
